At West Racing Products, we pride ourselves on precision—not just in our engineering, but in our delivery. Please review our shipping protocols below to ensure a smooth experience from our shop to your door.

1. Order Processing & Handling

Part Creation Time: Some parts have a creation/processing time of 1–2 weeks depending on the specific part. Most “ECU Cluster Replacement Mounts” fall within this timeframe. This allows us to focus on producing a high-quality part that is not typically kept in stock.

Handling Time: All orders undergo a quality control check and a packaging phase of 1–3 business days. Most of the time the items get handled before this time frame ( 1 day or less ).

Label Creation: Your tracking information will be generated and emailed to you as soon as the order is finalized and ready for transit.

Dispatch Schedule: To maintain efficiency, our primary shipping day is Friday. However, whenever possible, we aim to dispatch packages earlier in the week to get your parts to you faster.

2. Domestic Shipping Services

Standard Carrier: Our default shipping partner is USPS Ground Advantage.

Upgrades: If you require expedited shipping or a specific carrier, please contact us immediately after placing your order to arrange an upgrade (additional fees may apply).

3. International Inquiries

We welcome international orders; however, due to varying customs regulations and logistics costs, we ask that you contact us directly for a shipping quote before finalizing your purchase.

Note: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their respective countries.

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Transit Integrity: If your packaging arrives damaged, please document the condition with photos and contact us immediately. We are committed to fast-tracking a resolution.

Claims: Claims for damaged or missing items must be filed within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

5. General Terms & Conditions

Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a correct and secure shipping address. WRP is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Shipping Time Estimates: While we strive for punctuality, delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, postal strikes, or natural disasters.
