By using this website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, as well as our applicable Return & Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy.

2. Products & Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, specifications, pricing, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, minor differences may exist between product photographs, digital renderings, prototypes, and the final manufactured product.
We reserve the right to make reasonable design, manufacturing, or material changes when necessary to improve product quality, fitment, performance, or manufacturing efficiency.
3. Fitment & Compatibility
The customer is responsible for verifying product compatibility and fitment before placing an order.
Customers should carefully review the applicable product description, vehicle application, dimensions, mounting requirements, and other provided specifications before purchasing.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, West Racing Products does not guarantee compatibility with modified, aftermarket, or otherwise non-standard vehicle configurations.
If you are uncertain whether a product is compatible with your application, please contact us before placing your order.
4. Made-to-Order & Custom Products
Many West Racing Products items are manufactured made to order and may require additional production time fi needed.
Some products may also be produced according to customer-provided measurements, specifications, files, designs, or other information.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information, measurements, specifications, and files provided to WRP are accurate.
Because custom and made-to-order products may be manufactured specifically for an individual order, they may be subject to additional restrictions regarding cancellation or returns as described in our Return & Cancellation Policy.
5. Installation & Use of Products
West Racing Products products may be intended for automotive, motorsports, fabrication, or other specialized applications.
The customer is solely responsible for the proper installation, use, maintenance, and inspection of any product purchased from WRP.
Products should be installed by a qualified individual when appropriate.
WRP is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, incorrect fitment, improper maintenance, or use outside the intended application of the product.
Customers should inspect products before installation and discontinue use if a product appears damaged, defective, or otherwise unsafe.
6. Motorsports & Competition Use
Some products sold by West Racing Products may be intended for off-road, track, racing, competition, show, or other non-street applications.
The customer is responsible for determining whether a product is suitable and legal for their intended application.
Customers are also responsible for ensuring that their vehicle and modifications comply with all applicable federal, state, local, racing organization, and event-specific rules and regulations.
West Racing Products does not guarantee that any product is legal for use on public roads, racing events, or any particular competition class unless explicitly stated.
7. Orders & Order Acceptance
Placing an order through our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.
West Racing Products reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies. If an order has been placed at an incorrect price due to an obvious listing or system error, we may contact the customer to confirm whether they wish to proceed at the correct price or receive a refund.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or other charges associated with their purchase.
9. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Order cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Return & Cancellation Policy.

10. Shipping
Shipping, production, handling, delivery estimates, international orders, damaged shipments, and address requirements are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
West Racing Products is not responsible for carrier delays or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control as described in our Shipping Policy.

Purchasing a physical product from West Racing Products does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, CAD model, intellectual property, or manufacturing rights to the customer.
12. Customer-Provided Files & Designs
If a customer provides CAD files, measurements, drawings, photographs, scans, or other information for the purpose of producing a custom product, the customer represents that they have the necessary rights or authorization to provide and use such materials.
The customer remains responsible for ensuring that their submitted materials do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of another party.
West Racing Products reserves the right to refuse a custom manufacturing request if we believe the requested work may violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
13. Website Use
You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or interfere with the operation of the website.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, customer accounts, or any associated data.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website when necessary to protect our business, customers, or systems.
