Return & Cancellation Policy

At West Racing Products, we take pride in producing high-quality automotive and motorsports components with a focus on precision, fitment, and functionality. Because many of our products are manufactured specifically for each order, we encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, fitment information, and specifications before purchasing.

1. Returns

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

The 14-day return period begins on the date the item is delivered to the customer. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Not have been installed, modified, altered, painted, trimmed, or otherwise physically changed.

  • Include all original components and accessories.

  • Be returned in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit.

West Racing Products reserves the right to refuse a return if the item has been used, installed, modified, damaged, or otherwise does not meet the return requirements.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect, defective, or damaged part/item.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance. West Racing Products is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned by the customer.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee may apply to eligible returns. The applicable restocking fee will not be applied if the return is the result of an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect, defective, or damaged part/item.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will determine whether it qualifies for a refund. If the return is determined to be the result of an error on our part, the customer will not be responsible for applicable return shipping or restocking fees.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.

Please allow additional processing time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

2. Made-to-Order & Custom Products

Some West Racing Products items are made to order and may require 1–2 weeks of production time before they are ready for shipment.

Because these products may be manufactured specifically for an individual order, customers should carefully verify compatibility, dimensions, vehicle application, and other product specifications before placing an order.

Production time does not include shipping or carrier transit time.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or with an issue that appears to have occurred during manufacturing or fulfillment, please contact us as soon as possible.

For packages that arrive visibly damaged, customers should take clear photographs of the packaging and the item before disposing of any packaging materials.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation.

Please include photographs and a description of the issue so that we can investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed, provided that the order has not already entered production or fulfillment.

After the 1-hour cancellation window, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

This is particularly important for made-to-order and custom-manufactured products, as production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact West Racing Products as soon as possible after placing the order.
